When we first floated the concept with one of our clients in 2019, they commented that it would be rather like doing the taxi drivers ‘knowledge’ where you would learn the set routes of how to get from point A to point B, then all of the cut throughs and short cuts to improve on the journey time and ultimately the experience for your client in the cab.
…..the name stuck!
